Kaylee Maxey

My Story

Kaylee is an integral part of the Maranatha Aussies team, bringing a natural talent for understanding and socializing dogs. As a Canine Socialization Specialist & Assistant, she plays an important support role in raising well-adjusted, confident puppies.

Kaylee assists with the whelping process, helping to ensure each new litter gets the best start in life. She also helps with tail docking and dew claw removals under supervision, keeps track of daily weights, and assists with food preparation to ensure each puppy’s nutritional needs are met. She stays on top of supply organization, making sure everything is ready when needed.

Her true passion, however, is spending time with the puppies — holding them, playing with them, and showering them with love. Through daily interactions, she helps each pup build confidence, ensuring they grow up feeling safe and secure. She knows every puppy’s unique personality and quirks, able to tell you exactly what each one likes and dislikes.

Kaylee has recently begun training as an assistant obedience trainer, learning the foundational skills of puppy manners and basic commands. She and her brother also enjoy writing creative stories about each litter, bringing the puppies’ personalities to life in a fun and imaginative way.

Beyond her work with the dogs, Kaylee loves the outdoors and all aspects of farm life. Her future goal is to become a veterinarian specializing in farm medicine, combining her love for animals with her dedication to their care.

With her kind heart, sharp eye for detail, and growing expertise, Kaylee is a valuable part of the Maranatha Aussies team, playing a vital role in ensuring every puppy receives the best possible start.
